R-22-91 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, AMENDING EXISTING FEES FOR VARIOUS SERVICES PROVIDED <br />BY THE COLTON POLICE DEPARTMENT AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. <br />4310, SECTION 1, AND RESOLUTION NO. 4648. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />that the following fees are hereby established: <br />SECTION 1. Fees provided by Ordinance No. 1326 <br />as amended by Ordinance No. 1535, shall be as follows: <br />Dog license $10.00 <br />Neutered or Spayed dog license 5.00 <br />Penalty for Late Renewal (By July 1st) 10.00 <br />Duplicate dog license 1.00 <br />Apprehension fee - First 1.00* <br />- Second 10.00* <br />- Third 50.00* <br />Dog pick up 1.00* <br />Dead dog pick up 12.00* <br />Dead cat pick up 10.00* <br />* The basic Colton Police Department fee shall be added to any <br />additional San Bernardino City Shelter fee to offset <br />administrative costs for the police department. <br />Resolutions No. 4310, Section 1, and 4648 are hereby repealed. <br />All other parts of Resolution No. 4310 shall remain the same. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of March, 1991. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
