R-35-91 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON ADOPTING THE CITY'S <br />URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR 1990-1995 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Colton as follows: <br />SECTION 1.
