R-40-91 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. R-61-89 <br />FOR THE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />ANNEXATION OF TRACT 12637 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of <br />Colton, California, (this "City Council") adopted its <br />Resolution No. R-61-89 ordering the annexation to the <br />maintenance district; and <br />WHEREAS, the attached "Exhibit A" to <br />Resolution No. R-61-89 described only the area to be <br />maintained rather than area intended to be annexed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the legal <br />description for Tract No. 12637 be corrected to include <br />as follows: <br />Assessors Parcel Numbers 164-182-38, 164-182-43, <br />164-182-44, 164-182-45, 164-182-46, 164-182-47, 164-182-48, <br />164-182-51, 164-182-52, 164-182-53, 164-182-54, 164-182-55, <br />164-182-56, and 164-182-57. <br />
