R- 51 -91 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING <br />SEMEMENT WI771 FANTASY TOPLESS <br />WHEREAS, there is pending in San Bernardino County Superior Court Case No. <br />SCV231431, entitled City of Colton vs Fantasy Topless, and <br />WHEREAS, the decision of the Court of Appeal is nowfinal and awarded court costs <br />be by paid by the City. <br />WHEREAS, a settlement is available which will terminate the case without liability to <br />the Cityfor such court costs and which is recommended by the City Attorney as being in the best <br />interests of the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton <br />that the proposed settlement is approved and the Mayor and City Attorney are authorized and <br />directed to execute the appropriate documents to implement it. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June , 1991. <br />Attest: <br />Helen A.
