R-58 -91 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO SIGN THE DELEGATE AGENCY AGREEMENT AND ITS ATTACHMENTS FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR THE FISCAL YEARS 1991-92, 1992-93, AND 1993-94, WITH THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY OFFICE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has been notified by the San Bernardino County Department of Economic and Community Development of its eligibility to participate in the County's three-year Community Development Block Grant Cooperating Cities Program; and WHEREAS, the City Council has entered into the Cooperating Cities Agreement which is binding for three years; and WHEREAS, the City Council has been informed that the City is now requested to enter into a Delegate Agency Agreement and its attachments pursuant to Section 11 of the Cooperating Cities Agreement, which are set forth to further implement the provisions of the Cooperating Cities Agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Council has been informed that the Delegate Agency Agreement and its attachments are specifically subordinate and supplementary to, and concurrent with, the Cooperating Cities Agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept said Delegate Agency Agreement, its attachments, and the conditions and responsibilities that relate to said Agreement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton that the Mayor of the City of Colton be authorized to sign the Delegate Agency Agreement, and its attachments, for Community Development Block Grant Funds for the fiscal years 1991-92, 1992-93, and 1993-94, and submit said Agreement to the
