R-83-91 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON APPROVING BANK -RENTER AGREEMENT <br />AND DESIGNATING AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN <br />EMPLOYEES AND OFFICIALS. <br />WHEREAS, the City has a need for the use of a safety deposit <br />box at the Bank of America; and <br />WHEREAS, the Bank of America safe deposit rental agreement <br />requires a resolution designating and authorizing certain indivi- <br />duals to execute the renter agreement and use the safe deposit box. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: <br />That the following employees and officials of the City of <br />Colton are hereby authorized to execute the Bank -Renter Agreement <br />and use the Safety Deposit Box at the Bank of America: <br />1. Michael J. Williams, City Treasurer <br />2. Richard E. Acevedo, Finance Director <br />3. Jerry L. Young, Financial Services Manager <br />4. Frank A.
