R-14-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON SETTING FORTH THE REMUNERATION FOR <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBERS. <br />WHEREAS, Colton City Ordinance No. 1344 and Chapter 2.32 of the <br />Municipal Code established the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Iton and provides for an allowance for its Chairperson and Members; and <br />WHEREAS, it further provides that the allowances therein specified <br />be changed by resolution of the City Council. <br />10 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />11 <br />12 EREBY RESOLVES, AS FOLLOWS: <br />13 The allowances provided in Ordinance No. 1344 and Chapter 2.32 of <br />14 he Colton Municipal Code are herewith changed effective immediately. <br />15 11 The allowances henceforth shall be One -Hundred Ten Dollars <br />16 $110.00) per month attended by the Chairperson, or Acting Chairperson, <br />17 <br />and One -Hundred ($100.00) per month attended by the other Members of <br />18 <br />19 he Planning Commission. <br />20 11 NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 4491 is hereby <br />21 epealed. <br />22 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1992. <br />23 <br />24 <br />ATTEST: <br />25 I/ FRANK A.
