R-25-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL UPHOLDING THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION DECISION TO DENY FILE <br />INDEX NUMBER DV -62-91. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton did <br />hold a public hearing for File Index Number DV -62-91 on January <br />14, 1992; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did deny said application <br />because it was found to not meet the criteria set forth by the <br />Zoning Ordinance and for the granting of variances; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has appealed said decision within the <br />required time frame. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Colton that the finding and decision of the Planning Commission <br />were correct and be it further resolved that the City Council <br />hereby reaffirms said finding and decision and thereby denies the <br />applicant's appeal. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, <br />1992. <br />L <br />FRANK A.
