R-75-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING FOR EMPLOYEES WORKING IN JOB <br />CLASSIFICATIONS REPRESENTED BY THE POLICE <br />MANAGEMENT UNIT OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 21, 1991 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration <br />to the results of meetings between representatives of the <br />Police Management Unit held pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 3500, et sea.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that <br />1. The Memorandum of Understanding, marked Appendix "A" <br />attached hereto is incorporated into and made a part hereof <br />and adopted hereby. <br />2.
