R-98-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING VOTING <br />PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACESt APPOINTING <br />PRECINCT BOARD MEMBERS AND FIXING <br />COMPENSATION FOR THE SPECIAL MUNICIPAL <br />ELECTION ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 1992, <br />CALLED BY RESOLUTION NO. R-60-92 OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL <br />WHEREAS, a Special Municipal Election to be held on <br />Tuesday, September 15, 1992; has been called by Resolution No. <br />R-60-92, adopted on May 19, 1992; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE, DECLAREr DETERMINE AND ORDER AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That for the purpose of holding the Special <br />Municipal Election, there is established fourteen voting <br />precincts consisting (of consolidations) of the regular election <br />precincts in the City of Colton established for the holding of <br />state and county elections, as the regular election precincts <br />exist on the date of adoption of this resolution. That the <br />polling places for the respective precincts shall be the places <br />designated; and that the persons named being competent and <br />voters and residents of the city are appointed precinct board <br />members for their respective voting precincts and they shall <br />conduct the election in the manner provided by law. <br />1 <br />
