R-48-93 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY'S <br />GENERAL PLAN BY UPDATING THE CIRCULATION ELEMENT <br />(FILE INDEX NUMBER D-52-92). <br />WHEREAS, staff has coordinated the preparation of an update <br />to the City's Circulation Element and an Environmental Impact <br />Report to address impacts that may be generated by the update and <br />an update to the schedule of developer impact fees; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton did consider <br />the Amendment to the General Plan and accompanying Environmental <br />Impact Report and fee schedule proposed for the City of Colton, <br />File Index Number D-52-92; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing, as required by law, was held on <br />the proposed amendment and Environmental Impact Report by the <br />City Council on June 15, 1993. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Colton does hereby adopt a General Plan amendment to <br />update the Circulation Element and the accompanying Environmental <br />Impact Report and adoption of the 50% category of traffic impact <br />fees outlined in the Long Range Developer Impact fee program. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 1993. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
