R-511-93 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO CONTINUE OPERATIONS AND <br />EXPEND FUNDS AFTER JULY 1, 1993 PENDING ADOPTION OF A <br />BUDGET FOR THE NEW FISCAL YEAR <br />WHEREAS, the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 1993 through June 30, 1994 will <br />not be adopted until after July 1, 1993; and <br />WHEREAS, the public interest requires the continuation of the operations of the City <br />without interruption. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council resolves as follows: <br />The City Manager is authorized and directed to continue the normal operations <br />of the City after July 1, 1993 pending adoption of a budget for the new fiscal year and is <br />authorizer) to expend fiends to do so, including funds substantially as provided in the budget <br />for fiscal year 1992-93. <br />14 <br />ADOPTED JUNE '1)1993 <br />FRANK A.
