R-108-21 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR <br />2020/2021 BUDGET FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS SOLID WASTE DIVISION <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES EXPENDITURE ACCOUNT BY $21,082. <br />WHEREAS, the budget for fiscal year 2020-21 has been approved by City Council, <br />and must now be amended to increase the appropriation in the Public Works, Solid Waste, <br />Professional Services line item for costs associated with Residential Disposal Services; and, <br />WHEREAS, the funding will be utilized to pay for CR&R's June 2021 invoice for <br />Residential Disposal Services; by amending the Professional Services Expenditure Account for <br />FY 2020/2021. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.
