R-85-93 <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of <br />Colton denying an appeal filed by Robert C. <br />Amador, Attorney for Blue Ribbon Nursery and <br />Landscape Supplies, Inc. (File Index Number D- <br />31-93) Located at 816 Agua Mansa Road. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton did consider an appeal <br />of a Planning Commission decision to deny File Index Number D-31-93; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did give notice of the Public Hearing as <br />prescribed by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did hold said Public Hearing and considered <br />said appeal on August 17, 1993; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, having considered such appeal makes the <br />following findings: <br />1. The Planning Commission's finding that the <br />property located at 816 Agua Mansa Road <br />(Blue Ribbon Nursery and Landscape supplies, <br />Inc. constitutes a public nuisance; <br />2. The Planning Commission acted in the best <br />interest of the City of Colton in issuing Blue <br />Ribbon an Order to Abate such nuisance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The appeal filed by Robert C. Amador regarding File Index <br />Number D-31-93, which requested a reversal of the <br />Planning Commission's Order to Abate, is hereby denied <br />and the Planning Commission decision is hereby upheld as <br />valid and non -capricious. <br />
