R-100-95 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AMENDING THE FY95-96 <br />BUDGET TO RE -ALLOCATE FUNDING FOR <br />WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved an operating budget for the <br />City of Colton on June 20, 1995 (the Budget) that did not include funding for <br />Water Capital Improvement Projects. <br />WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of Health Services <br />(DOHS) has required certain water capital improvement projects, it is <br />necessary to amend the Budget to re -allocate funding for such projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton hereby <br />resolves as follows: <br />SECTION 1: With regard to the re -allocation of the Water Capital <br />Improvement projects funded in the FY94-95 Capital Improvement Budget, <br />the following budget amendment is adopted: <br />A. The Budget is hereby amended to re -allocate $544,458 for <br />Water Capital Improvements as follows: <br />1. Reservoirs, etc. <br />2. New Water Lines <br />SECTION 2: With regard to revenue sources for funding of <br />the re -allocated Water Capital Improvements set forth in Section 1 hereof, <br />the following budget amendments are adopted: <br />
