R -1x95 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON ESTABLISHING SPECIAL SEWER RATE <br />CLASSIFICATION AND FEES FOR MULTI -FAMILY AND <br />CONDOMINIUM UNITS <br />WHEREAS, on May 18, 1993 the City Council adopted Resolution No. R-34-93 setting <br />sewer charges for the City of Colton; and <br />WHEREAS, since adoption of Resolution No. R-34-93, the City Council has found and <br />determined that sewer service rates for multi -family and condominium owners should be based <br />upon the number of dwelling units and that the rate charged for sewer services based upon <br />metered water services to common areas should be reduced. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON HEREBY <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />The sewer rates set forth in Resolution No. R-34-93 are hereby amended by the addition of the <br />following classifications and charges for multi -family and condominium buildings: <br />Multi -Family and Condominium Units <br />$12.50/mo per dwelling unit <br />Multi Family and Condominium Buildings/Common Areas - Metered Sewer Charges <br />$0.39/ccf ($12.50/mo minimum) <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of December 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Helen A.
