Resolution No. R-21-95 <br />1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />2 ESTABLISHING BENEFIT LEVELS FOR <br />PART-TIME HOURLY AND PROVISIONAL <br />3 EMPLOYEES <br />4 <br />5 FOLLOWS: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES RESOLVE AS <br />6 1. Any and all employees hired in the class of part-time hourly or on a provisional <br />basis after the date of this resolution shall receive no City benefits other than <br />7 wages. <br />8 2. Employees currently employed in a temporary part-time or permanent part-time <br />classification shall not be affected unless such employees terminate employment <br />9 status and are then re -hired. <br />10 3. Employees currently employed on a provisional basis shall not be affected for the <br />remainder of the current provisional term, however, if the provisional <br />11 appointment expires and is then extended then no benefits shall be paid effective <br />12 with any extension. <br />4. Any and all prior resolutions establishing benefit levels for temporary part-time, <br />13 permanent part-time and provisional employees are hereby rescinded. <br />14 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March 1995. <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 George V.
