R-36-95 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />APPROVING THE APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEPARTMENT <br />OF EDUCATION ONE -TIME -ONLY INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS CONTRACT <br />FOR THE CHILD CARE DMSION SERVICES IN FY 1994-95. <br />WHEREAS, the State Department of Education is making one time funds available <br />to the City for the expressed purpose of purchasing education materials and supplies; and <br />WHEREAS, by agreeing to accept said grant funds, the City will enter into an <br />agreement with the State of California to carry out all of the provisions of the State, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, hereby approves the California State Department of Education <br />contract for the purpose of purchasing one -time -only instructional materials, for the child <br />care program, for fiscal year 1994-95; and, <br />Appoints Nabar E. Martinez, City Manager, as agent of the City of Colton to execute <br />and submit all documents, including but not limited to contracts, applications, payment <br />requests and so on, which may be necessary for the completion of the aforementioned <br />project. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED the 2nd day of May, 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Helen A.
