R-78-95 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA, TO APPROVE STAFF <br />RECOMMENDATION TO ADD RATE SCHEDULE R-2 TO THE <br />CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a general law city, duly organized and <br />existing under the laws of the State of California and situated in the County of San <br />Bernardino; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has jurisdiction over the <br />implementation of rules and rates for the Electric Utility as propounded in the Customer <br />Service Policy; and <br />WHEREAS, the Electric Utility has proposed adding Rate Schedule R-2, <br />attached as Exhibit "A", to the Customer Service Policy; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council must approve any changes in the Customer <br />Service Policy prior to the implementation of any proposed changes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Colton City Council <br />finds that it would be appropriate to adopt the changes to the Customer Service Policy <br />including the rate proposed in Exhibit "A", attached and made a part hereof, to become <br />effective on August 1, 1995. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 1995. <br />ATT/EST: _9% <br />- T4a�2t�) <br />Helen A.
