R-87-95 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING THE <br />1995-% FISCAL YEAR BUDGET TO RE- <br />ALLOCATE FUNDING FOR CERTAIN <br />POSITIONS AND OPERATIONAL COSTS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved an operating budget for the City of Colton on June <br />20, 1995 (the 'Budget") that included funding for specific position from various funding sources; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the approval of the Budget, the City Council has taken certain <br />action reducing funding sources for certain services; and <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the changes in funding sources available to the City for Fiscal <br />Year 1995-96, it is necessary to amend the Budget to re -allocate funding for such services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON HEREBY <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: With regard to the re -allocation of a total of fifteen positions that were <br />scheduled to be funded by expansion of the Landscape and Lighting Maintenance District, the <br />following budget amendments are adopted: <br />A. The Budget is hereby amended to re -allocate the following seven (7) positions from <br />those fifteen positions previously scheduled to be funded by the establishment of an expanded <br />Landscape and Lighting Maintenance District to positions that are currently vacant as follows: <br />
