R- 148-96 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AMENDING THE ADOPTED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1996-97 <br />BY INCLUDING THE NPDES BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $517,524 <br />AND REDUCING THE WASTEWATER BUDGET BY $127,132. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton approved and adopted the Budget <br />for Fiscal Year 1996-97 on June 17, 1996; and <br />WHEREAS, the Wastewater Enterprise Budget included allocations for Storm Drain <br />Maintenance and Operation as it related to street sweeping; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved on August 1996, parcel assessments to fund <br />the NPDES federal compliance; and <br />WHEREAS, it is no longer necessary to fund Storm Drain Maintenance and Operation <br />from the Wastewater Enterprise; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Colton <br />amends the adopted Budget for Fiscal Year 1996-97 in the following manner: <br />1. Create an NPDES-Storm Drain Fund for revenues and expenses $517,524 <br />2. Reduce Wastewater Enterprise -Storm Drain <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 17'h day of <br />ATTEST: � <br />Carolina P.
