2021 JULY 14 SPEC MTNG JOINT CC/PLANNING COMMISSION 1 <br />JOINT SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />AND <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />July 14, 2021 <br /> <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given a Special Meeting of the City Council/Colton <br />Utility Authority/Colton Public Financing Authority and Colton Housing Authority and the <br />Planning Commission was held on the above given date at 5:01 p.m., in the Council Chamber of <br />City Hall, 650 North La Cadena Drive, Mayor Navarro presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was <br />given on July 12, 2021, in compliance with Government Code Section 54954.2. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Toro (appeared at 5:30 p.m.), Cisneros, Koperski, González, <br />Echevarria, Suchil, and Mayor Navarro. Also present were City Manager Smith, Assistant City <br />Attorney Martinez, and City Clerk Padilla <br />(All members of the City Council accessed the Joint Council Meeting via ZOOM from their resident and/or City <br />Hall work station.) <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners present were Payne, Daniel, and Vice-Chairperson Grossich; absent Cervantes, <br />Delgado, Baden; and Chairperson Prieto. No Quorum. <br />(All members of the Planning Commission accessed the Joint Council Meeting via ZOOM from their resident and/or <br />City Hall work station.) <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />JULY 14, 2021. <br /> <br />GIFT DISCLOSURES <br />Mayor Navarro asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of <br />interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030.
