2021 OCTOBER 05 CC/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 1 - CITY COUNCIL/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY CLOSED SESSION MINUTES October 5, 2021 Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:01 p.m., in City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California with Mayor Navarro presiding. CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL Councilmembers present were Toro, Cisneros, Koperski, González, Echevarria, and Mayor Navarro; CM Suchil absent/excused. STAFF PRESENT City Manager Smith, City Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Padilla. CLOSED SESSION City Attorney Campos announced the City Council would meet in Closed Session to Discuss Item A. A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 Agency designated representatives: Tom Cody, Interim Human Resources Director Employee Groups: Teamsters Mid Managers Unit International Brotherhood of Electric Workers, Local 47 - Electric Division International Brotherhood of Electric Workers, Local 47 - Water/Wastewater Division Colton Police Management Association (CPMA) Colton Firefighters Association (CFA) Confidential Employees Executive Employees Mayor Navarro adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:02 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m. the meeting reconvened, with all members present heretofore.
