R-122-21 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ACCE: <br />A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,351.75 FROM THE BUREAU OF JU <br />ASSISTANCE, BULLETPROOF VEST PARTNERSHIP FY2020 AWARD, <br />AMEND THE FISCAL BUDGET 2021-2022. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2021 and ending June 30, 2022 was approved and adopted; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />City of Colton and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, On October 19, 2020 The Bureau of Justice Assistance Bulletproof <br />Partnership FY2021 awarded a grant to the Colton Police Department in the amount <br />$19,351.75. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does resolve as follows: <br />Section 1. Approval of Resolution R-122-21 will: <br />1. Amend FY 2021/22 Budget to increase revenues in Misc. Grant Fund Revenue Ai <br />#225-5892-016 by $19,351.75 <br />2. Amend the FY 2021/22 Budget to increase appropriations in the Misc. Grant Expen <br />Account #225-6070-7005-1180-0000-016 in the amount of $19,351.75. <br />Section 2.
