R-79-96 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />APPROVING THE FINAL ANNUAL LEVY REPORT FOR THE CITY <br />OF COLTON LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE <br />DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Colton, pursuant to the <br />provisions of the "Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972", being Division 15, Part 2 <br />of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, (the "Act"), did, by <br />previous Resolution, order the preparation of the Annual Engineer's Report <br />("Report") for the District known and designated as the LANDSCAPE AND <br />LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT (DISTRICT), and, <br />WHEREAS, there has now been presented to this legislative body the Report <br />as required by said Act, <br />WHEREAS, this legislative body has carefully examined and reviewed the <br />Report as presented, and is satisfied with the District, each and all of the budget items <br />and documents as set forth therein, and is satisfied that the levy amounts, have been <br />spread in accordance with the benefits received from the improvements, operation, <br />maintenance and services to be performed, as set forth in said Report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AND ORDERED BY THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the above recitals are all true and correct. <br />
