R-96-96 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br />OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 011 TO THE LOCAL <br />AGENCY STATE AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL - AID <br />PROJECTS NO. 08-5065 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Colton <br />as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That authorization is hereby granted for the execution of, <br />on behalf of said City, the Sate of California, Program Supplement No. 011 to <br />the Local Agency State Agreement for Federal Aid Projects No. 08-5065 for <br />Emergency Storm Damage Repairs on Meridian Avenue from "C" Street to <br />Valley Boulevard Project as in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article II of the <br />Master Agreement, Public Works Director John C.
