K-48-98 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 1998 AND ENDING <br />JUNE 30, 1999. <br />SECTION 1. The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal <br />Year commencing July 1, 1998 and ending June 30, 1999 is hereby approved <br />and adopted and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A". <br />SECTION 2. At the end of fiscal year 1997-98, certain purchase <br />orders exist as Outstanding Encumbrances representing contractual <br />obligations of previously budgeted funds. Also budgeted funds for certain <br />items or projects in various stages of acquisition or development has <br />previously been approved by the City Council to be carried forward to fiscal <br />year 1998-99 as Continuing Appropriations. The Outstanding <br />Encumbrances and Continuing Appropriations are deemed to be rebudgeted <br />as an addition to the budget amounts previously set forth in this section. <br />SECTION 3. The Approved Budget is in accordance with all <br />applicable ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State. <br />SECTION 4. The Finance Director may make the reallocation of <br />appropriations within department divisions.
