R-98-00 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br />PROJECT, "ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE SUPPORT SERVICES - <br />ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION" AND AUTHORIZING THE RE- <br />PROGRAMMING OF $1,000 OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />BLOCK GRANT FUNDS TO THE ACTIVITY, "COLTON <br />CONTINGENCY/UNPROGRAMMED FUNDS ACCOUNT." <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has determined that <br />the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project "Alzheimer's <br />Disease Support Services - Alzheimer's Association" has elected to not <br />accept the funds allocated by the City to the public service project; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton wishes to allocate <br />Community Development Block Grant funds to an existing Community <br />Development Block Grant eligible activity. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Colton approves the closing of the project "Alzheimer's Disease <br />Support Services - Alzheimer's Association" as a CDBG funded activity, and <br />authorizes the re -programming of Community Development Block Grant funds <br />in the following manner: <br />1. Alzheimer's Disease Support Services (transfer from) $1,000 <br />2. Colton Contingency/Unprogrammed Funds (transfer to) $1,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December, <br />A 1 0 A AAA <br />BETTY L.
