R-20-01 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2000 AND ENDING <br />JUNE 30, 2001. <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal <br />Year commencing July 1, 2000 and ending June 30, 2001 was approved and <br />adopted on June 08, 1999, and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; andXHEREAS: <br />The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget <br />shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make amendments to the <br />2000/2001 Fiscal Year Budget. <br />SECTION 2. The amendments are hereby approved, adopted and <br />incorporated herein for $75,000. <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF March, 2001. <br />DEIRDRE H.
