R-27-01 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2000 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2001. <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal <br />Year commencing July 1, 2000 and ending June 30, 2001 was approved and adopted on June <br />08, 1999; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities <br />may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be <br />by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Budget. <br />SECTION 1. It is necessary to make amendments to the 2000/2001 Fiscal Year <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is an additional appropriation of $39,000 to the City <br />Manager's budget account no. 100-1000-1320-2350. <br />SECTION 3.
