R-42-01 <br />A RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ACCEPTING AN <br />IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR THE <br />CENTER STREET PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, California Government Code, §7050 authorizes the City to accept <br />irrevocable offers of dedication for streets, highways, paths, alleys and other easements; and <br />WHEREAS, such irrevocable offers of dedication must be executed, <br />acknowledged and recorded in the same manner as a conveyance of property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept three (3) irrevocable offers of <br />dedication to facilitate development of the Center Street Project. <br />BE IT NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Colton hereby accepts the <br />irrevocable offers of dedication attached hereto as Exhibits "A," `B" and "C" and directs the City <br />Clerk to execute, acknowledge and record the irrevocable offers of dedication with the County <br />of San Bernardino Recorder's Office. <br />SECTION 2.
