R_92-01 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. R-47-95 <br />DESIGNATING THE CITY CLERK TO ATTEND AND KEEP <br />MINUTES OF ALL CITY CLOSED SESSION MEETINGS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized, pursuant to California Government Code <br />Section 54957.2, to designate a clerk or other employee of the City to keep and enter in a <br />minute book, which is not a public record and shall be kept confidential, a record of topics <br />discussed and decisions made at all closed session meetings of the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 16, 1995 the City Council adopted Resolution No. R-47-95 <br />appointing the City Clerk, or the designee of the City Clerk, to keep such a minute book of all <br />closed session meetings of the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to repeal Resolution No. R-47-95. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City Council hereby repeals Resolution No. R-47-95. <br />2.
