I RESOLUTION NO. R-134-21 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />THE FISCAL YEAR 2020/2021 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET. <br />3 <br />4 WHEREAS, the City intends to support the City's goal to improve the City's traffic <br />5 safety and infrastructure; and <br />6 <br />7 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton received Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article <br />8 <br />3 grant funding through San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) in the amount <br />9 <br />of $223,200 for the design and construction of Washington Street Class II Bicycle Route Project; <br />10 <br />and <br />II <br />12 <br />13 WHEREAS, the City of Colton need to provide ten percent (10%) local match in the in <br />14 the amount of $24,800; and <br />15 <br />16 WHEREAS, a budget appropriation not listed in the Fiscal Year 2021/2022 budget is <br />17 required and must be approved by resolution of the City Council. <br />18 <br />19 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />20 <br />CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />21 <br />23 Section 1 The Recitals preceding in this Resolution are true and correct and are <br />74 incorporated into this Resolution by reference. <br />26 Section 2 The City Council authorizes the following amendment for the FY 2021/2022 <br />27 budget: <br />78 • Increase revenues by $223,200 in account number 225-5886-004; and <br />
