R-86-22 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-22 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />BLOCK GRANT FUND (CDBG) CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET. <br />WHEREAS, the City intends to support the City's goal to improve the City's traffic <br />safety and infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton received Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) <br />funding through the County of San Bernardino — Department of Community Development and <br />Housing (CDH); and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton received additional funding for CDBG COLT-20-1- <br />03K/0178 (Citywide Target Area Alley Replacement Project); and <br />WHEREAS, a budget appropriation not listed in the adopted Fiscal Year 2021-2022 <br />budget is required and must be approved by resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 The Recitals preceding in this Resolution are true and correct and are <br />incorporated into this Resolution by reference. <br />Section 2 The City Council authorizes the following amendment to the FY2021-22 <br />budget: <br />ATTEST: <br />• Increase revenues by $31,593 in account number 215-5752-000; and, <br />• Increase appropriations in CDBG Fund Capital Improvement Account Number <br />215-2134-6920-3890-0000-000 by $23,222; and, <br />• Increase appropriations in CDBG Fund Capital Improvement Account Number <br />215-2137-6920-3890 by $8,371. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 20 DAY OF JUNE 2022. <br />R.
