R-123-02 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2002 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2003. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2002, and ending June 30, 2003, was approved and adopted on June 16, 2002; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances and <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2002/2003 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account Number 100- <br />6070-6086-4930 and 100-6070-6086-1160, and increase the Revenue Account Number 100- <br />6764 for the amount of $20,500.00. <br />SECTION 2: The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
