R-57-02 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2002, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2003. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2002, and ending June 30, 2002, was approved and adopted August 7, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances and <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/ decreases) to the Budget shall be <br />by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2002/ 2003 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account Number 100- <br />6070-6080-1010, and increase the Revenue Account Number 100-6775 for the amount not <br />to exceed $50,000.00. <br />SECTION 2: The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 4'h day of June, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
