R-83-23 <br /> 2 <br /> 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, AMENDING THE FISCAL <br /> 4 YEAR 2022/2023 BUDGET FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS SOLID WASTE <br /> DIVISION PROFESSIONAL SERVICES EXPENDITURE ACCOUNT BY <br /> 5 <br /> $268,000 AND THE REFUSE BILLING REVENUE ACCOUNT BY$345,630 <br /> 6 <br /> 7 WHEREAS, the budget for fiscal year 2022-23 has been approved by City Council, <br /> and must now be amended to increase the appropriation in the Public Works, Solid Waste, <br /> 8 <br /> Professional Services line item for costs associated with Residential Disposal Services; and, <br /> 9 <br /> 10 WHEREAS, the funding will be utilized to pay for CR&R's June 2023 invoice for <br /> 11 Residential Disposal Services by amending the Professional Services Expenditure Account for <br /> FY 2022/2023. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br /> 14 HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 15 Section 1 The City Council hereby amends the fiscal year 2022-23 budget appropriation as follows: <br /> 16 • Increase appropriations in Solid Waste Fund Professional Services Account <br /> 17 Number 523-6150-6163-2350-0000-000 by $268,000. <br /> 18 • Increase revenue budget in Solid Waste Fund Refuse Billing Account Number 523- <br /> 19 6717-000 by $345,630. <br /> 20 PASSED,ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 5th DAY O. .
