1 RESOLUTION NO. 2469 <br /> 2II <br /> WHEREAS <br /> 3 , b y its Resolution No. 2347 the City of Colton assumed the <br /> responsibility for the enforcement of Part 2, Division 13, of the California <br /> 4� <br /> Health and Safety Code and the Rules and Regulations of the California Admin- <br /> 5 <br /> istrative code, Title 8, Chapter 9, Articles 2, 3, 4 and 5 and other applicable <br /> 6 <br /> laws, and <br /> 7 <br /> WHEREAS, said Resolution provides that the Department of Building <br /> 8 <br /> and Safety of the City of Colton shall enforce all the provisions pertaining to <br /> 9 <br /> the operation, maintenance, use, occupancy and sanitation of such parks, <br /> 10 <br /> homes and trailers, and <br /> 11 <br /> WHEREAS, it is unlawful for any person to operate such mobilehomes <br /> 12 <br /> and mobile parks unless he has a valid permit issued by the enforcement <br /> 13 <br /> agency. <br /> 14 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br /> 15 <br /> of Colton that the schedule o fees for the operation of such mobilehomes and <br /> 16 <br /> mobile park shall be as follows: <br /> 17 <br /> Fee of $20. 00 for the first 35 lots and 50 cents for each <br /> 18 additional lot in excess of the first 35 lots. <br /> 19 Fee of $10. 00 for change of name, transfer of ownership <br /> 20 or possession. <br /> 21 Fee of $10. 00 for a duplicate permit. <br /> 22 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council that applications for <br /> a permit together with the fee must be filed with the Department of Building <br /> 23 <br /> and Safety of the City of Colton. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 19th day of May, 1964. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 ayor <br /> 28 ATTEST: <br /> 29 <br /> ity�C erk <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
