it};,:OLuTic'N NO. 2464 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITf OF' COLTON, CALIFORNIA, FINDING CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEVERS AND APPURTENANCES AND APPURTENANT WORK AND PROCEEDINGS THEREFOR NECESSARY AS A HEALTH MEASURE. (Assessment District No.552 ) WHEREAS, plans and specifications designated, respectively, "Plan No.222R" and "Special Provisions uo. 552 and City of Colton Standard Specifications for Sanitary Sewers," for the construction of certain sanitary sewer work in the City of Colton, California, have heretofore been approved by this City Council and ordered filed; and WHEREAS, written report and recommendation of the Health Officer of the County of San Bernardino and of the City of Colton, determining that the construction of said work shown on said plans and in said specifications and proceedings for such construction under the Improvement Act of 1911 are necessary as a health measure, and recommending said work and proceed- ings as a health measure, has been presented to this City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, FIND, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: Section 1.
