CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL -EXISTING LITIGATION <br /> Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) <br /> In re Smart Earth Technologies, LLC <br /> Delaware Bankruptcy Court, Case No. 1:2023bk11866, <br /> C.
