RESOLUTION NO, 2582 <br /> 2 <br /> 3 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton that the <br /> 4 rates for Ambulance Service in the City of Colton be amended and an addendum <br /> 5 to the contract be and is hereby authorized as follows: <br /> 6 (K) Davis agrees to charge the following rates as and for services <br /> 7 rendered. These rates may not be changed without prior consent of City first <br /> 8 <br /> had and obtained. <br /> 9 <br /> Response to call $25.00 <br /> 10 Emergency 5 . 00 <br /> 11 Per mile or any fraction thereof 1 .00 <br /> Resuscitation 7.50 <br /> 12 Oxygen per bottle 5 . 00 <br /> with a minimum of 3. 00 <br /> 13 Stand by per 15 minute period 5. 00 <br /> 14 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the foregoing charges be and is hereby <br /> 15 entered and made a part of the Agreement by and between Betty R.
