RESOLUTION LG. 2563 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF { (=121 ADOPTING AND SUBMITTIdG A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE haGH:'!AY FUND TO CITIES WHEREAS , a master agreement has been executed by the City of , hereinafter referred to as the City, and the State of California, Department of Public Works , Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department , on 19 , for expenditure of State allocated funds; and WHEREAS , the City Council has prepared budget proposal No. 1 showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 19r; fiscal year; and WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said budget proposal and is familiar with the contents thereof; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Col Coltrin that said budget proposal dated G1 t , , 19, , be and is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the gas tax allocation to cities, said budget proposal be and the same is hereby approved and the Director of Public or'» is directed to sign the same on (Title of authorized official) behalf of said City, and said budget proposal to be submitted to the Department in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code.
