1 RESOLUTION NO. 2609 <br /> 2 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton that from and <br /> 3 after the first day of November, 1965 , the following schedule of rates for grave <br /> 4 <br /> plots and burial charges for Hermosa Cemetery shall be in full force and effect: <br /> 5 <br /> Adult Burial Plots in the central portion of <br /> 6 Block 5, lying within a radius of 122 . 14 <br /> 7 feet of the center point of Lot 259 shall <br /> be in the amount of $200. 00 <br /> 8 <br /> Adult Burial Plots in the Northwest portion <br /> 9 of Block 3 described as a rectangular shaped <br /> portion of land lying within a perimeter bounded <br /> 10 by the Northwest corner of Lot 45 ,the Northeast <br /> 11 corner of Lot 69, the Southeast corner of Lot 25 <br /> and the Southwest corner of Lot 5 shall be in <br /> 12 the amount of 120. 00 <br /> 13 All Plots in Block 1 shall be in the amount of 100. 00 <br /> 14 All Plots in other Blocks not herein described <br /> 15 shall be in the amount of 150. 00 <br /> 16 Adult Burial Charge (Opening and Closing) 70. 00 <br /> 17 Baby Graves - Block 1 (Baby Plots) 30.00 <br /> Burial Charge 15 . 00 <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Plots in all other Blocks (Baby Plots) 40. 00 <br /> Burial Charge 15 . 00 <br /> 20 <br /> Child Grave Plots shall be in the amount of 70. 00 <br /> 21 Maximum age for such plots shall be 12 years <br /> 22 Burying ashes upon already disposed remains <br /> 23 shall be in the amount of 15 . 00 <br /> 24 Displaced War Veterans Burials in Lots 41-44 <br /> inclusive Block 3, (Plot and Burial Charges <br /> 25 Combined) .
