111 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2601 2 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton did initiate the 3 4 proposal to consider the amendment of the Circulation Element of the General 5 Plan by reclassifying certain streets and highways according to a map on file in 6 the City Engineer's Office, and 7 WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the proposed revision of the 8 Planning Commission on the 10th day of August, 1965 and by the City Council of 9 the City of Colton on the 7th day of September, 1965 . 10 11 WHEREAS, it satisfactorily appears to the City Council that the public 12 interest, necessity, convenience and general welfare will best be served by the 13 approval of the amendment of the Circulation Element of the Comprehensive 14 General Plan as recommended by the Planning Commission as set forth in its 15 Resolution No. 463 . 16 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Colton that the 17 Circulation Element of the Comprehensive General Plan be amended as follows: I 18 EAST - WEST 19 20 Olive between Pennsylvania and 7th Collector to Industrial Congress between South 8th and Fogg Local to Industrial 21 C between Pepper and Rancho Industrial to Secondary C between 10th and Mt. Vernon Industrial to Secondary 22 Laurel between Rancho and Pepper Local to Collector Santa Ana between Riverside and Pepper Local to Special Design 23 San Bdno. between Pepper and to the West Local to Secondary 24 Aqua Mansa between 3rd and 5th Collector to Local 25 NORTH - SOUTH 26 Meridian between C and Valley Collector to Industrial Rancho between S.B.Freeway & S. 3rd Secondary 27 3rd between S.B.Freeway and "N" Industrial to Collector 28 Riverside between Fogg and La Cadena Industrial to Secondary Sperry between Colton Ave. and Shasta Local to Collector 29 3rd between E and H Local to Collector 9th between Olive to LaCadena Local to Collector 30 5th between Congress and Fogg Local to Collector 31 32
