:1,/64 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 26Us <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF COLTON <br /> CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CERTAIN <br /> OF ITS MEMBERS TO FILE A WRITTEN <br /> ARGUMENT FOR A CITY MEASURE. <br /> WHEREAS, an election is to be held in the City of <br /> Colton on October 26 , 1965 , at which there <br /> will be submitted to the qualified electors of said city <br /> the following city measures <br /> SHALL the City of Colton incur <br /> a bonded indebtedness in the principal <br /> amount of $ 305 , 600 . 00 to pay a <br /> portion of the cost of the acquisition <br /> and. construction by said city of a <br /> certain municipal improvement, to wit: <br /> an underpass on "N" Street under the <br /> Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway <br /> Company main-line tracks and siding <br /> at P.U.C. Crossing No. 2B-3.5, with <br /> appurtenances and appurtenant work, <br /> and including the acquisition of land, <br /> easements, rights of way, apparatus, <br /> equipment and other property necessary <br /> therefor? <br />
