RESOLUTION NO. 2687 <br /> ESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF COLTON <br /> ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF <br /> FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES <br /> WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the <br /> City of Colton , hereinafter referred to as the <br /> City, and the State of California, Department of Public Works, <br /> Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department , on <br /> April 3, , 19 61, for expenditure of State allocated <br /> funds; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared budget proposal <br /> showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made <br /> during the 19 66- ( fiscal year; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said budget proposal <br /> and is familiar with the contents thereof; <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br /> of Colton that said budget proposal dated <br /> May 3rd , 1966 , be and is hereby adopted as the <br /> budget of proposed expenditures of the gas tax allocation to cities, <br /> said budget proposal be and the same is hereby approved and the <br /> Director of Public Works is directed to sign the same on <br /> (Tlitle of authorized official) <br /> behalf of said City, and said budget proposal to be submitted to the <br /> Department in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the <br /> Streets and Highways Code. <br /> APPROVED AND SUBMITTED this 3rd day of Mav , 19 • <br /> .6 <br /> -c'7. <br /> r <br /> .ic<41S-----) <br /> May r of the City of Colton <br /> Attest: G� 4 /--z- i. <br /> City Cxerk of the City of Colton <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and <br /> regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Colton <br /> at a regular meeting thereof held May 3 , 19 66 . <br /> rt:7- <br /> Clerk-9/ the City of Cot n <br /> r <br /> (AFFIX CITY SEAL) <br /> Form MC-9 <br />
