RESOLUTION NO. 2677 <br /> A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT THERE IS NOT A <br /> 1 MAJORITY PROTEST FILED AGAINST THE PROPOSED <br /> "NORTH COLTON ANNEXATION NO. 6" TO THE CITY <br /> 2 OF COLTON. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 35313 .2 of the <br /> 5 Government Code, the City Council of the City of Colton does <br /> 6 hereby find and declare that at the time and place set for <br /> 7 hearing protests on the proposed annexation of "North <br /> 8 Colton Annexation No. 6" to the City of Colton, a majority <br /> 9 protest has not been made. <br /> 10 PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of April, 1966. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 JOHN M.
