PARTIES AND DATE <br />This First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement ("First <br />Amendment") dated as of the 20th day of November 2006 is entered into by and between <br />the City of Colton ("City") and Fraco Enterprises Inc ("Consultant"). <br />ARTICLE 2. RECITALS <br />2.1 City and Consultant entered into that certain Professional Service <br />Agreement dated June 9"' 2005 ("Agreement"), whereby Consultant agreed to provide <br />design services for 10`}'/G Street Signalization Project. <br />2.2 City and Consultant now desire to amend the Agreement to revise the <br />Scope of Services to include additional design services for the project. As a result of the <br />extended scope of services, the City and Consultant desire to increase the amount of <br />compensation by a not to exceed amount of Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Eighty <br />Six Dollars and No Cents ($12,486). <br />ARTICLE 3. TERMS <br />3.1 Section 3.8.1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and <br />replaced with a new Section 3.8.1 to read as follows: <br />- 1 - <br />
