ITEM #10 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 5, 2006 <br />TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br />FROM: AMER JAKHER, P.E., CITY ENGINEER <br />SUBJECT: FINAL APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF TRACT 16912 FOR <br />RECORDATION — DIVERSIFIED PACIFIC GROUP LLC, LOCATED <br />ON ROSEDALE AVENUE, NORTH OF LA LOMA AVENUE, WEST <br />OF LA CADENA DRIVE <br />DATE: AUGUST 28, 2006 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Tract 16912 is located at the westerly portion of La Cadena Drive and Northwest corner of La <br />Loma Avenue and Rosedale Avenue. The development consists of 74 single-family residential lots. <br />The tract is being constructed by Diversified Pacific Group LLC. <br />ANALYSIS/DISCUSSION: <br />The developer is required to submit the required bonds, and/or letter of credit and security deposit <br />for monumentation. A copy of the Subdivision Agreement Improvement is attached. <br />The map has been reviewed for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and local Ordinances. <br />The map also conveys to the City of Colton, dedications for streets and easements for utility <br />purposes, which are subject to acceptance by the City Council. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST: <br />Exact Business Name: Diversified Pacific Group LLC <br />President: Mathew A.
