ITEM #2 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />MARCH 7, 2006 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above <br />given date at 5:05 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Suchil, Mitchell, Ramos, Chastain, De La Rosa, Hernandez, and <br />Mayor Bennett. Councilmember Hernandez absent. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />items B and C. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Initiation of litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(c) <br />Number of potential cases: 1 <br />B.
